Shawn Jones

Shawn Jones has extensive experience in commercial operations and sales leadership, most recently serving as the Commercial Operations Director for North America Oral Care at Procter & Gamble from August 2020 to August 2024. Prior roles include Sales Director-Team Leader and Senior Sales Account Executive at The Hillman Group, where Shawn led a team focused on diverse hardware products and managed sales across multiple retail channels from June 2013 to July 2018. Additionally, Shawn held several positions at Walmart from January 2007 to June 2013, including Director of Leasing Operations for the US and Puerto Rico, where oversight was given to significant operating income and project management initiatives. Shawn holds a B.A. in Management from the State University of New York College at Brockport and a B.A. in Marketing from Nazareth College of Rochester.
