Stephen Jarboe is the R&D Senior Director at Procter & Gamble, where they lead the Materials, Process & Development organization for the Personal Health Care North American business and oversee the Global Brand Wellness organization. With a strong background in technical leadership, they have managed R&D scientists and engineers responsible for brands such as Vicks and Pepto-Bismol. Stephen holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and previously worked as a Senior Scientist and Director within the same organization.
