Steve Philips

Steve Philips is a visionary finance leader with an 18-year track record of driving results and leading corporate change in billion-dollar brands. Currently serving as Senior Director F&A and CFO at Tide Services, they specialize in financial analysis, strategic planning, and ESG value creation. Previously, their experience includes roles in the United States Air Force as a Navigator and Air Liaison Officer, as well as various finance positions at Procter & Gamble, where they managed substantial brand portfolios and forecasting for a $65 billion company. Steve earned an MBA from Colorado State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
