Susan Whaley

Susan Whaley is the current Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at Procter & Gamble. Susan has held various positions at the company since 1999, including Counsel, Personal Health Care and Oral Care; Senior Counsel, Labor and Employment; and Senior Counsel, Corporate, Securities & Employee Benefits. In October 2008, they were promoted to Associate General Counsel, Global Legal Compliance, and in August 2011, they were again promoted to Associate General Counsel, Corporate, Securities & Employee Benefits and Assistant Secretary.

Susan Whaley's educational career began at Sycamore High School. Susan then attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a BS in public policy. Finally, they attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD).
