Wednesday Shipp is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, compliance, and intellectual property. At Procter & Gamble, from October 2012 to July 2024, Wednesday served as Sr. Director & Associate General Counsel, managing legal teams across the Latin American region and leading compliance initiatives in high-risk areas. Prior roles include Director & Assistant General Counsel overseeing patent applications and providing strategic IP counsel, as well as serving as President of the Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati - Clermont College. Wednesday's foundational legal experience was gained at Jones Day, where representation of management in employment-related litigation was key. Education includes a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Dayton.
