Xiaoli Qi

Xiaoli Qi has extensive experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical and beauty care industries, primarily at Procter & Gamble since October 1994. As a General Responsible Manager and QA manager, Xiaoli Qi ensures compliance with Japan's GQP and GVP regulations for global prestige skincare products such as SK-II and D&G, achieving exceptional results in audits from the Japanese government and the US FDA. In previous roles, Xiaoli Qi served as a Senior Manager overseeing the global SK-II platform and as a Global Regulatory and QA Senior Manager, where responsibilities included developing regulatory strategies for global expansions of brands like SK-II, Cover Girl, and Olay. Prior experience includes a research officer position at the Molecular and Cell Biology Institute, National University of Singapore, and a pharmacist officer role at the Shanghai Institute for Drug Control. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Science from Kyoto University and a Bachelor’s in Pharmaceutical Science from China University of Pharmaceutical.
