Shannon O'Loughlin

Shannon O'Loughlin, PMP, currently serves as Vice President of the Project Management Office and Data Integration at Proctor Loan Protector, a position held since August 2018. Prior to this role, Shannon held the title of Senior Technical Project Manager and Manager of Technical Project Management & Business Analysis at Proctor Financial, Inc. from February 2010 to August 2018, where responsibilities included managing technical projects and client implementations for outsourcing and lender-placed insurance services. Shannon's earlier experience includes working as an IT Project Manager at both Aditya Birla Minacs and Minacs (formerly Phoenix Group, Inc.), as well as serving as an Account Manager at Automated Marketing Systems. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
