Purnima Mukherjee

Purnima Mukherjee serves as the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at ProCURE HR Services Pvt. Ltd. since August 2023, overseeing comprehensive HR services including payroll, compliance, HRMS, recruitment, and client and team management. Previously, Purnima was the Team Lead for Recruitment at 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. from May 2022 to August 2023 and held various roles at Randstad from January 2018 to April 2022, including Senior Human Resources Recruiter and Human Resources Recruiter, focusing on both technical and non-technical hiring. Prior experience includes a position as Talent Acquisition & Consultant at Eunimart, where talent was sourced for Pan India operations and recruitment strategies were developed in collaboration with the CEO. Purnima holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology and a Bachelor in Science in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from DAV Public School.
