Dylan Happé has had a varied and successful career in customer service and marketing. In 2016, they began their career as a Customer Assistant at Marks and Spencer. In 2017, they moved to Sainsbury's where they continued to work as a Customer Assistant. In 2019, they took an internship at NCP Solutions as a Marketing Intern, where they were able to curate and report on KPI's and rebuild the quarterly order process. In 2020, Dylan returned to Sainsbury's as a Customer Service Assistant. Most recently, in 2021, Dylan joined Skill Dynamics as a Customer Success Executive and Business Development Representative, where they are helping to roll out personalized programs to over 300,000 learners.
Dylan Happé attended Bournemouth University from 2017 to 2021 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Marketing Communication. In October 2021, they also obtained a certification from LinkedIn titled "LinkedIn Profiles for Social Business Success".
