Tarmo Saidla

Tarmo Saidla has a long background in procurement himself as he was involved in sourcing and supply chain analysis at the global industrial group ABB. Tarmo started off as a procurement specialist and traveled around Europe meeting different suppliers and validating new potential ones.

Later on, Tarmo worked on procurement centralization projects and helped to demonstrate to the C-level how procurement affects the bottom-line.
