Tania Seary

Tania Seary is the founder of Procurious, the world's first online community and learning platform dedicated to connecting and empowering procurement and supply chain professionals across 140 countries. They are the founding chairman of The Source Recruitment. They were the founding chairman of The Faculty Management Consultants Pty Ltd from 2001 to 2008. Their career includes roles at Alcoa from 1998 to 2000, including eBusiness Manager - Aerospace, Global Commodity Manager, Market Development Manager, and Director, Alcoa.com. They have been recognised as an influencer and a futurist by industry publications and organisations such as Supply Chain Dive and IBM, host webinars and events through Procurious such as the Big Ideas Summit and the Career Boot Camp, and are pursuing an MBA in Business at Monash University, an MBA in Operations & Logistics at Penn State University, and a Bachelor in Business at QUT.
