Serena Villa's work experience includes serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Procuros since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Full Stack Engineer for multiple companies from January 2009 to December 2022. Serena also worked as a Backend Software Engineer at LeadsBridge from May 2021 to September 2022, and as a Full Stack Developer at OLBG from July 2016 to May 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Full Stack Developer & SysAdmin at PWD srl from May 2010 to May 2019, as a CTO & Founder at Webinabox srls from December 2014 to December 2016, and as a Junior Web Developer at Altair snc from March 2009 to July 2011.

Serena Villa completed their high school education at Liceo scientifico Giordano Bruno, where they earned a Diploma with a focus on scientific subjects. Following their high school graduation, they pursued higher education at Università degli Studi di Bergamo for three years from 2005 to 2008. During this time, Serena obtained a Laurea degree in Lingue e Letterature straniere, emphasizing in foreign languages and literature.
