Aaron Mercaldo

Aaron Mercaldo has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Their most recent position was as a Technical Account Manager at Proda Technology, which began in March 2023.

Prior to that, Aaron worked at Logic Speak, where they held multiple roles over a span of several years. These roles included Technical Alignment Manager, Procurement Manager, IT Consultant Level 2, Account Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Associate Service Delivery Manager. In these roles, they gained expertise in providing technical support, managing customer relationships, overseeing projects, and improving service delivery.

Before joining Logic Speak, Aaron worked at ThreeWill as an Information Technology Intern and later as an office administrator assisting with IT needs.

Aaron also gained valuable experience as an Information Technology Intern at MAG Mutual Insurance Company. During their two-year employment, they collaborated closely with the IT department, working on various tasks such as desktop support, network administration, and implementing work-from-home solutions.

With a strong background in IT and a variety of roles in different organizations, Aaron brings a comprehensive skill set and extensive knowledge to their current role as a Technical Account Manager at Proda Technology.

Aaron Mercaldo attended Killian Hill Christian School from 1998 to 2004. Aaron then attended Parkview High School from 2004 to 2007, where they studied College Prep and Computer Programming, earning a degree in Computer Science. From 2007 to 2008, they attended Georgia State University Perimeter College, focusing on General Studies.
