Raja Sekaran

Raja Sekaran is an experienced technical support professional currently serving as a Senior Associate in Technical Support at Prodapt since December 2023. Previously, Raja held the position of Technical Support Engineer at Inspirisys Solutions Limited from March 2022 to November 2023, where expertise included ticket handling and troubleshooting using Sapphire & OTRS Ticketing tools, as well as PRTG monitoring and Zimbra console. Raja holds a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Science & Technology, Thanjavur, completed in April 2019, and also possesses HSC and SSLC qualifications from Shri Renuga Vidhyalaya Matric Higher Secondary School, Theni.
