Ramya Ravi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Capgemini since March 2025, Ramya previously held the position of Human Resources Executive Recruitment at Prodapt, where responsibilities included interview coordination, sourcing, training needs identification, and performance monitoring of internal recruiters. Prior to Prodapt, Ramya worked as a Customer Specialist at Teleperformance and as a Customer Relationship Specialist at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions.
