Sandeep M has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving in a Talent Acquisition role at Prodapt since March 2021. Prior to this, Sandeep held managerial and associate positions in talent acquisition at Incedo Inc. and Cognizant, respectively. The professional journey began in talent acquisition at Covenant Consultants in 2010, followed by various roles in staffing and HR at GE Capital, eHelium, and Golden Opportunities Pvt Ltd. Sandeep holds a Master of Business Administration in HR from Jeppiaar Engineering College and an Executive PG Diploma in HRM from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, in addition to an educational background from Anna University Chennai.
