João Mendonça is the Head of Talent Acquisition at emagine, bringing over 10 years of experience in the talent acquisition field. Previously, João held leadership roles at companies such as Pipedrive and HeyJobs, where they implemented strategic recruitment initiatives and managed significant teams and budgets. João has a solid background in creating innovative recruitment processes and fostering diverse workplace cultures, alongside experience as an HR Consultant and People & Culture Specialist in various organizations. Educationally, João earned a degree in Human Resources Management from Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal and has studied Law at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.
