Maria Sadowska

Maria Sadowska has extensive experience in operational finance and human resources, currently serving as Operational Finance Manager with emagine since September 2017, where responsibilities include contracts and invoicing management, as well as serving as Contract Manager for Poland and India. Previously, Maria worked at CROMSOURCE from September 2012 to September 2017 as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner and Payroll & Compensation Associate, focusing on personnel administration, recruitment, and HR reporting. Earlier experience includes roles at Schneider Electric, Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA, and Roche, with responsibilities ranging from HR administration to personnel management. Maria holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from the University of Warsaw and has completed postgraduate studies in HR Business Partnering at Kozminski University, along with an Erasmus Scholarship at the University of Ljubljana.
