Martin Hartley

Martin Hartley is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in commercial strategy and consulting. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at emagine Consulting since November 2019, Martin oversees the group commercial strategy across 12 countries, managing services in consultancy, marketing, bid management, and training, with a notable revenue of €660M. Prior roles include Managing Director for the UK & Ireland and Commercial Director at emagine Consulting, as well as Founder and Managing Director at Ampersand Consulting. Martin also contributes to the Bank of England's Decision Maker Panel. A strong background in sales and team leadership is evident from previous positions at The IT Job Board, where Martin achieved significant billing milestones and led high-performing teams. Martin holds a degree in Business and Sports Management from Nottingham Trent University.
