Ryan Rawlings

Ryan Rawlings has been working in the tech industry since 2001. Ryan began their career at Environmental Potentials, Inc. as a Shipping Receiving and Computer Support, where they checked in and verified customer supplied components, readied customer and internal components for assembly, and maintained inventory of components for manufactured items. In 2004, they joined Alorica as a Level II Technical Support, where they assisted customers with computer problems over the phone and through email correspondence, as well as assisted Customer Relations Managers with other agents and worked with the training department to develop material for use by other agents. In 2007, they joined Wasatch Computer Technology as a Tech Support/Quality Assurance, where they worked with development/programmers to test new drivers and features, processed information from software development kits from vendors for review by developers, and generated testing instructions for off-site testing of drivers and features by vendors and partners. In 2015, they joined Agemni as a Quality Assurance. In 2018, they joined CRH as a Service Desk Analyst, where they assisted corporate users with resolving hardware and software issues via phone and email requests, and worked with the Systems Administration, Field Service, and other teams to resolve complex issues. Also in 2018, they joined ProdataKey as a Lead Technical Writer, Knowledge Base Administrator, and Technical Support Analyst. Additionally, since 2005, they have been Self-Employed as a Contract Computer Consultant, specializing in assisting business clients with updates of hardware and software and computer security methods (intrusion/counter-intrusion).

Ryan Rawlings attended Snow College in 1996, but did not receive a degree. Ryan studied General Studies.
