Arunabha Gupta

Arunabha Gupta has over 20 years of experience in the field of business intelligence and data engineering. Arunabha started their career as a Sr. Systems Executive at NIIT Technologies Limited in 1992. Arunabha then worked as an Independent Consultant, where they led various business intelligence projects for clients such as the California Power Exchange and Paramount Pictures. In 2001, Arunabha joined Capital Group Companies as the Business Intelligence (Data Engineer and Analytics) Team Lead, where they played a key role in promoting strategic initiatives and managing data engineers and analysts. Arunabha also led a multi-million dollar project to migrate a legacy data warehouse to the Microsoft Azure Cloud. In 2018, they joined Latham & Watkins as a Manager, Business Intelligence (Data Engineer and Analytics). Currently, they work at Prodege, LLC as the Director of Business Intelligence, overseeing a team of data engineers and data scientists. In this role, they focus on strategic and tactical decisions for business intelligence tools and applications and collaborates across the organization to ensure accurate and actionable information for data consumers.

Arunabha Gupta holds a Master's degree in Business Data Analytics, specializing in Data Science, Business Intelligence, and Machine Learning from West Virginia University. Arunabha also obtained a certificate in Business Management, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Los Angeles. Additionally, they have received various certifications including CBIP (Certified Business Intelligence Professional) from TDWI, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), and PMP (Project Management Professional) from Scrum Alliance and PMI respectively.
