Matt Specker

Matt Specker has extensive work experience in product management. Matt is currently working as the Vice President of Product Management at Prodege, LLC since January 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Product Management - Mobile at Prodege from May 2019 to January 2022.

Before joining Prodege, Matt worked at DEFY Media, where they held various positions such as Vice President of Product Management from April 2018 to January 2019, Director of Product Management from March 2014 to April 2018, and Senior Product Manager from November 2009 to March 2014. During their tenure at DEFY Media, they were responsible for managing content-oriented apps, launching subscription and ad-based video-on-demand services, and creating original shows.

Matt also worked as a Product Management Consultant at Earlier Media, where they developed product roadmaps and PRD for children's web properties from September 2008 to November 2009. Before that, they served as a Senior Product Manager at Break Media from March 2005 to June 2007.

Additionally, Matt has experience in the industrial engineering field, having worked as an Industrial Engineering Intern at R&R Products, Inc. in 2002 and as a Product Line Specialist at PAC Machinery for a year in 2003.

Matt Specker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2003. Matt later obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the same university in 2005. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Product Management, Artificial Intelligence Foundations, Blockchain, and is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. Matt also holds a certification as an International Tour Manager from the ITMI - International Tour Management Institute, obtained in 2000.
