Joe Billings

Joe Billings has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Joe has worked at Prodeo Academy as the Network Director of Operations, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were an Independent Education Consultant, collaborating with researchers and school faculty to collect and analyze data, as well as providing expert guidance on integrating technology systems from multiple vendors. From 2015 to 2023, they worked at MINNESOTA INTERNSHIP CENTER CHARTER SCHOOL in multiple roles, including Director of Operations, Director of Data and Technology, Data & Technology Specialist, and Health Advocacy Coordinator. During their time there, they led the development and maintenance of integrated data systems, strategic planning, and multiple software platform implementations. Before that, they worked as a Theater Technical Director and Summer Program Instructor at Myers-Wilkins Community School Collaborative from 2011 to 2015. Joe also had a role in Information Technology Support Services at the University of Minnesota Rochester from 2013 to 2015.

Joe Billings completed their high school education at Harbor City International School from 2009 to 2013. Joe went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Public Health from the University of Minnesota from 2015 to 2016. In 2021, they enrolled in Southwest Minnesota State University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Charter School Leadership in 2022.
