Tyler Schroeder

Tyler Schroeder is currently the VP of Engineering at ProDev US, LLC, where Tyler leads the engineering group by defining recruiting strategies, managing development teams, driving development of internal applications, and understanding client needs. Previously, Tyler held the position of Director of Development at Surge Software, where Tyler oversaw a team of over 350 engineers and conducted strategic 1:1s across the organization. With a background as a Software Engineer and experience in various roles such as Web Developer, Founder/Owner, IT Intern, Teaching Assistant, and Account Executive, Tyler brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of Management Information Systems.
