Sive Nokonongo

Sive Nokonongo has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as a Prodigy Finance Trainer since September 2020, where responsibilities include evaluating developmental needs and creating training interventions to enhance workforce skills. Prior to this role, Sive was an Assistant Manager in Training at WNS Global Services from January 2018 to September 2020, focusing on conducting training needs analyses, delivering training interventions, and innovating training capabilities in alignment with client expectations. Sive began the journey at WNS Global Services SA as a Customer Experience Officer and Senior Associate from March 2013 to December 2017. Sive holds a degree in Occupationally Directed Education, Training and Development Practices, Educational Leadership and Administration, acquired from Africa Competency Development between February 2019 and May 2021.
