Rosa Banderas is a dedicated, personable, and motivated professional with over 5 years of experience keeping executives and business owners organized, prioritized, and less stressed. Rosa joined ProdigyTeks as the Head of Office Operations in May of 2020 where she works directly with the CEO and tech team. Rosa oversees office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. She manages the company’s financial assets and compliance by maintaining accurate records for all accounts payable and receivable as well as payroll and daily accounting tasks. Rosa assists in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration of HR policies, programs, and practices.

Rosa was born and raised in Chicago. She believes in leading with a compassionate approach and is proud to be a key element of growing organizations. She is a devoted mother, a dog lover, and loves to volunteer her free in the West Lawn Community.

Prior to joining ProdigyTeks, Rosa worked as an administrative assistant for a Latino organization where she collaborated with the President and CEO, Senior Director, and Board of Directors. She also worked as a business development director at a large medical imaging company. She helped expand business in the South and Southwest suburbs by building strong business relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospitals. Her diligence and dedication helped the company grow and open four additional locations.
