Danny De Valdenebro

Director, Due Diligence at ProducePay

Danny De Valdenebro is currently the Director of Due Diligence at ProducePay. Danny was previously the Business Advisor at LiftFund from August 2012 to November 2015. In this role, they crafted focused business plans, financial projections, marketing strategies, operations improvement, growth strategies and business financials. Danny was also the first stage underwriter for potential business loan approval, evaluating financials on liquidity, debt coverage and cash flow. Danny revamped the loan intake process to increase loan closing rate and improve Dallas portfolio performance. Additionally, they lowered the portfolio default rate via innovation in both pre-loan advising and post loan collection processes. Danny was a featured speaker on monthly business seminars, topics ranging from business planning, projections, to company evaluation. Danny sought out and cultivated partnerships with the City of Dallas; Goldman Sachs; DFW airport, Bank of America, BB&T, Wells Fargo; Capital One; Served as part of City’s AntiPoverty coalition; nominated for Mayor’s Star Council 2016. Danny was also the winner of competitive United Way Grant for three consecutive years ( required over 1500 hours of documented advising).

Before their time at LiftFund, Danny De Valdenebro was the Microfinance Program Director at Global Brigades, Inc. from January 2010 to January 2012.

Danny De Valdenebro began their educational career by earning a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University. Danny then went on to earn a Master of Science in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas. Finally, they earned an M.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University.
