Jeremy Talbot

Jeremy Talbot is a Systems Analyst 1 with extensive experience in technical support and systems administration. Currently employed at ProAg since September 2016, Jeremy provides support for systems and applications utilized by employees, agents, and customers of a national crop insurance provider. Prior to this role, Jeremy served as an IT Analyst at Batts Communications from May 2013 to September 2016, delivering technical support through various communication channels. Earlier experience includes an Analyst 1 position at Mosaic Life Care from October 2001 to October 2012, where technical assistance was provided to customers, and a Technical Services Representative role at Worldspan from May 2000 to October 2001, supporting travel agencies and customers with technology. Jeremy holds a CompTIA A+ Certification in Computer Service Technology from Hillyard NS Technical Center, obtained between 1999 and 2000.
