Nicole Puka

Nicole Puka is an experienced professional with a background in claims administration and environmental research. Currently serving as Claims Administration Supervisor at Producers National Corporation since December 2019, Nicole has developed monthly productivity reports, maintained Excel logs for various departments, managed invoice payments related to legal and claims matters, and provided training and support across teams. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Mailroom Clerk, where responsibilities included documenting mailroom procedures and assisting with mail organization and helpdesk tasks. In addition, Nicole was an Undergraduate Research Assistant at DePaul University from March 2021 to March 2022, leading a field inventory team for the CommuniTree project and analyzing collected tree data using Excel. Nicole holds a degree in Environmental Studies with a concentration in Sustainability from DePaul University.
