Scott Thielman has worked in the technology industry since 1994. From 1994 to 1997, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Washington, where they conducted research and development of flywheel energy storage systems. In 1997, they became a Special Projects Manager at Bouillon Christofferson & Schairer. In 1999, they joined Product Creation Studio as Chief Technology Officer and Vice President. In their role as Chief Technology Officer, they conveyed enthusiasm for new product innovation and identified emerging market segments. As Vice President, they acquired and managed product development contracts and oversaw the engineering and design support staff, providing mechanical and electrical engineering to support clients' development efforts.
Scott Thielman obtained their Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington between 1988 and 1997. In July 2000, they received a Professional Engineer Mechanical certification from the State of Washington.
