Alba Castellet

Alba Castellet is the CEO and co-founder of Década since September 2019 and serves as the Directora de Postgrado Ecommerce at IEBS Business School. Since September 2023, Alba has also been a professor in the Master's program in Management of Marketplaces at Product Hackers, and an associate professor at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where responsibilities include teaching Digital Marketing and Marketing, as well as mentoring students. In addition, Alba is a member of the advisory committee at Fundación Woman Forward and a professor at Inesdi Digital Business School. Previous roles include business development in eCommerce for HostelNovo, Digital Communications Manager at Parlament de Catalunya, and Marketing and Communications Director at IST Redefining Cruise Business. Alba holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a degree in Market Research and Techniques from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
