Luis Paico

Luis Paico has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and development. Luis is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Product Hackers since May 2020. Prior to that, they founded their own company called Proooduct in June 2019, where they held the role of Founder.

Luis has also worked at Bluecell Comunicación as a Product Designer & UI Developer from February 2020 to March 2020. Luis served as the Head of Design & UI Developer at Kas Factory from March 2016 to June 2019. In addition, they worked as a Design Instructor at KeepCoding® in 2019, teaching a masterclass on design for developers.

Earlier in their career, Luis worked as a Web Developer & UI Designer at Instituto Europeo de Posgrado - IEP from September 2015 to March 2016. Luis also worked as a Visual Designer at Freelancer.com from July 2014 to September 2015 and as a System and Network Administrator & Web Developer at ista Metering Services España, S.A for a brief period from March 2015 to June 2015.

Luis attended Platzi in 2019 and completed a program in Product Design, specifically focusing on Carrera de Diseño de Producto.

From 2012 to 2015, Luis studied at I.E.S Villablanca, where they earned a degree as a Técnico en Sistemas Microinformáticos y Redes. Luis'sfield of study during this time was Informática.

In 2008 to 2009, Luis studied at San Blas, where they pursued a degree in Artes Gráficas. The field of study for this degree is unspecified.

In addition to their formal education, Luis has obtained various certifications. In December 2021, they completed a course called "Creating and Maintaining Successful Design Systems" under Brad Frost at Smashing Conferences. In March 2020, they received a certification for Frontend Developer from Platzi.

Between December 2019 and October 2019, Luis completed several courses at Platzi, including Design Sprint, Design Thinking, Prework: Buenas Prácticas y Entorno de Desarrollo, Curso de Tipografía, Gamificación, Lean UX, Diseño de Servicios, Product Designer by Aerolab, and Sistemas de Diseño.
