Martin Pitwood

Martin Pitwood is an accomplished engineering consultant and leader with extensive experience in product development and design across various industries. Currently serving as an Engineering Consultant at Product Insight, Inc., and a Senior Engineering Consultant at Aescape, Martin has demonstrated expertise in electronic system architecture and industrial robotics. As Owner and CEO of Exa DFX, Martin provides consulting services to help organizations transition concepts into manufacturable products efficiently. Previously, Martin held key leadership roles, including Head of Engineering at NTT Disruption, where oversight included hardware design for the Jibo social robot, as well as Director of R&D at Superpedestrian, contributing to the success of the S1 shared electric scooter. With a strong background in both hardware and software engineering from previous positions at NVIDIA and Jibo, Martin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the University of Surrey.
