Avril G. is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in program implementation, curriculum design, and instructional coaching. Currently serving as a Pro Member at Product Marketing Alliance since October 2025, Avril previously held the position of Program Implementation & Systems Lead at The Equity Project Charter School, where multi-phase programs were directed and over 100 digital modules were audited for compliance. At KIPP NYC, Avril designed a comprehensive curriculum for 5th grade Social Studies, and as an Instructional Coach & Enablement Lead at Teach For America, coaching and support were provided to new professionals. With a commitment to education, Avril's earlier experience includes teaching and mentoring roles at Franklin & Marshall College, leading workshops for first-generation college students, and instructing CPR classes. Avril holds a Master's degree from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Public Policy from Franklin & Marshall College.
