Elias Lieberich

Elias Lieberich is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in both coaching and leading product development teams. As the Co-Founder and Product Coach at Product Matters since July 2022, Lieberich provides holistic advice and training in organizational design and product management. Prior to this role, a significant tenure at Google from 2011 to 2022 included positions as Product Lead, where Lieberich led projects in YouTube, Search Ads, and X, focusing on product leadership, strategy, and pricing. Additional experience includes a strategic role at X in the robotics sector, as well as a foundational career at organizations such as McKinsey & Company and 1. FC Köln. Lieberich holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business from the University of Cologne, an Executive Leadership & Management degree from Harvard Business School, and credentials from ETH Zürich and the Norwegian School of Economics.
