Elena Ladushyna

Elena Ladushyna currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at Product People since June 2023. Prior to this role, Elena was a Financial Controller for New Business Models and Mobility Services at Volkswagen AG from October 2022 to March 2023, and an Operational Risk Consultant at Deloitte from October 2020 to October 2022, where Elena also held the position of Audit Associate. Additional experience includes serving as a Customer Success Manager at Brighterly from January 2022 to May 2022 and teaching English at both Skyeng and IKnow English School in 2019. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce and a Master's degree in Management of Foreign Economic Activity from Kherson National Technical University, which was attended from 2018 to 2022.
