Allen Adolph

VP Business Development at Product Realization Group

Allen Adolph has an extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Allen started their career in 2000 as the VP of Operations at Accordion Networks, where they were responsible for manufacturing, engineering services, facility, and IT activities. Allen then moved on to Atoga Systems in 2001 as the VP of Ops, where they directed production, materials, engineering services, and order fulfillment activities for an optical networking start-up. At Aperto Networks, starting from 2004, Allen served as the VP of Ops and was responsible for manufacturing, materials, and global distribution activities for a Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) late-stage start-up company. Allen then worked at Skypilot Networks as the VP of Operations from 2005 to 2008, where they re-focused the manufacturing strategy and implemented cost reduction programs.

From 2008, Allen founded their own company, Adolph Consulting Services, where they served as the President. Allen worked with various early and late-stage companies in different markets, providing support and advisory services. Allen also served as a technical advisory board member for Fastor Systems, Green Platform Corporation, EMBCube, and the Product Realization Group.

In 2010, Allen joined Green Platform Corporation as an Advisory Board Member and also took up the role of VP Business Development at Product Realization Group. At Product Realization Group, they were responsible for developing outsourced services to help companies bring new products to the market.

Allen's work experience also includes roles at Alea Labs, Inc. as a member of the Technical Advisory Board and at EMBCube as an Advisory Board Member. Their most recent role is serving as a Technical Board Advisor at SplitVolt since 2019. Throughout their career, Allen has demonstrated expertise in business development, operations management, and providing advisory services to various high-tech companies in different sectors.

Allen Adolph completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Operations from California State University, Northridge, from 1969 to 1973.
