Dulce Zambo Velez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and admissions management. Currently serving as the Senior Admissions Manager at Product School since August 2021, Dulce drives growth strategy and oversees sales processes to meet ambitious revenue targets. Previously, Dulce held the position of Sales Team Lead for the UK Market at Selectra, where responsibilities included supervising the sales team and coordinating marketing efforts. Additional experience includes a decade at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Team Lead in Retail Banking, focusing on customer service excellence and loyalty programs, as well as a role in collections. Dulce began a career in customer service at Concentrix and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of San Jose-Recoletos and a Product Management Certificate from Product School.
