Alex Bennett

Alex Bennett has a diverse work experience in software engineering and web development. In 2022, they joined Product Science Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the next generation of performance tooling. Alex also founded AB Technologies in the same year. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Architect I and Senior Software Engineer at lululemon. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a UI Architect (channel partners team) at Securian Financial, where they collaborated with architects to create new systems and authored "Create Securian App". In 2018, they joined Seaspan Corporation as a Lead UI Architect, where they set up software development processes, built a software development team, and architected front-end applications. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Web Developer at Miner & Kasch and Artifact Uprising. In 2016, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Universal Mind and a Web Developer at MapQuest. Alex also held a contract role as a Web Developer at MicroStar Logistics in 2017.

Alex Bennett obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College between 2008 and 2013. Alex then attended ArtCenter College of Design from 2013 to 2013, studying Business and Design Management. In 2015 and 2016, they attended Galvanize Inc to study Computer Science and Web Development. In April 2022, they obtained a certification as an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
