Ester Julia Neznanova (she/her/hers) has a long and varied career in the fields of strategy, operations, diversity and inclusion, and entrepreneurship. In 2021, they began working as VP Strategy & Operations and Active Advisor, Operations at Product Science Inc. In 2019, they joined the faculty at Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they serve as Professor of Business and Entrepreneurship and Committee Member/Faculty Representative of the Parsons Committee on Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice. In 2021, they also began working as Sr. Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at T-Mobile. In 2019, they became Head of Diversity & Inclusion Practice at the Neuroleadership Institute, where they worked with 18 Fortune 100 and over 300 Fortune 500 companies to help them build strategies and products in diversity & inclusion. In 2016, they joined eBay as Head of Startup Programs, Diversity and Inclusion Lead, and Head of Startup Accelerator. From 2012 to 2011, they were Co-Founder and COO at Data Council and SmartWall (Krona mobile technologies), respectively. In 2011, they were Head of Strategy and VP at DRUGIE Digital Agency, and in 2009 they were Head of Strategy and VP at DigitaliZm.

Ester Julia Neznanova's education history includes attending Stanford University from 2022 to 2023 to pursue a degree in Data Science. Ester Julia attended VC Academy from 2018 to 2019. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Erickson Coaching International to pursue a degree in Neuroscience Based Executive Coaching ICF. Ester Julia also attended University of Northern Iowa, where they studied in the College of Business/ Management and Marketing.
