Desmond Byrne

Desmond Byrne has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Desmond is currently the CEO and Co-founder of Refill Assistant, a company that creates HIPAA and GDPR compliant websites and refill mobile apps for community pharmacies. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Co-founder of ProductWorld, an Irish based software developer. Desmond also worked as a Consultant at o2living and as the Director of Business Development at Roal Electronics. Desmond has held leadership positions at Jabil, EOS / Celetron Inc, Artesyn Technologies, and Siemens, where they gained experience in business development, sales and marketing, and commissioning engineering. Desmond's work experience spans from 1987 to the present.

Desmond Byrne's education history includes completing the Advanced Development Program (ADP) at London Business School in 1994. From 1983 to 1987, they attended Trinity College Dublin and earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BA, BAI). In 2000 to 2002, they pursued further education at University College Cork, where they obtained a Master's degree in Multi-Media Technologies (MSc).
