Jitka Balíková

Jitka Balíková is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Productboard, Jitka has previously held positions as a Senior Recruitment and Employer Branding Consultant as a freelancer, and has contributed to Oracle in various roles including Senior Recruiter, Recruiter, and Sourcer. Earlier in the career, Jitka worked as a Research & Recruitment Consultant at Grafton Recruitment and as Cabin Crew for Emirates. Jitka holds a Master's degree in English and German Language and Literature, as well as a degree in Sociology and European Studies, both from Masaryk University Brno.
