Kevin Horkan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in renewals and account management across various companies in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Renewals Manager at Productboard since May 2023, Kevin is responsible for executing SMB renewals to maximize retention and growth while engaging with key decision-makers. Prior experiences include roles at Amplitude as Corporate Account Manager, and Salesforce as Senior Renewals Manager, where Kevin led growth strategies and negotiated contract renewals. Kevin’s career also encompasses significant tenure at Marketo, ServiceSource, and Dell Computers, where skills in customer success, retention, and sales strategy were honed.
