Melissa Kiriu

Melissa (Chan) Kiriu is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment teams. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Productboard since January 2022, Melissa oversees a team of 10, contributing to the company's recent $125M Series-D funding round. Prior to this role, Melissa spent nearly seven years at Sumo Logic, where responsibilities included scaling the workforce from 170 to over 950 employees and managing a talent team during the company's successful transition to a publicly-traded entity. Melissa's career began with roles at Gigya and VeriPic, where skills in sales and account management were developed. Melissa holds a degree in Political Science and Legal Studies from Creighton University.
