Dinesh Patlolla

Senior Industrial Engineer at Production Modeling Corporation

Dinesh Patlolla began their work experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee in 2012. During this time, they worked on consulting projects and interacted directly with management and employees. Dinesh'sresponsibilities included data collection, development of Plan for Every Part (PFEP), and development of Value Stream Maps.

In 2015, Patlolla joined Production Modeling Corporation (PMC) as an Industrial Engineer. Dinesh worked in this role until 2018, during which they designed, developed, and maintained PFEP. Dinesh also validated simulation models using static calculations and provided recommendations for inventory optimization, material handling, layout design, and capacity planning.

In 2018, Patlolla was promoted to Senior Industrial Engineer at PMC. In this position, they focused on designing station and equipment layout to enhance workflow and improve production efficiency. Dinesh also developed product and process matrix and process flows to reduce complexity in manufacturing settings. Additionally, they planned, designed, analyzed, developed, and improved material handling systems for material docks, line side material delivery, presentation, and delivery routing.

Dinesh Patlolla's education history includes a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degrees, Dinesh possesses a Certificate of Proficiency in AUTOCAD 2D Modelling, which they obtained in January 2011 from the Advanced Training Institute, Govt. of India, Ministry of Labor & Employment.
