Megan Baum

Megan Baum has a diverse work experience spanning several years. megan began their career as a Customer Service Lead at Nordstrom, where they managed budgets, handled scheduling, and coached staff on relationships and compliance. megan then moved on to become a Customer Service Manager, supporting three Nordstrom Rack locations and ensuring customers received top-notch service. Later, Megan took on the role of Service Experience Manager, overseeing three teams and 10 employees, managing the cash room, and educating sales floor staff on processes. Most recently, they have worked as an Office Administrator at Production Modeling Corporation (PMC).

Megan Baum obtained their high school degree in General Studies from Olathe North High School from 1996 to 1999. From 1999 to 2004, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management at Kansas State University.
