Florian Bouju

Florian Bouju has a diverse work experience in various industries. Florian began their career in 2008 as a Project Manager at BNP Paribas Real Estate, where they quickly demonstrated exceptional skills and won an innovation prize for launching the company's first online bidding platform. In this role, Florian was responsible for overseeing the design and development of high-end corporate office buildings, managing a team of 8-12 people, and handling capital budgets of up to $230M.

In 2013, Florian transitioned to Cole Haan, where they worked as a Financial Analysis & Strategic Planning Analyst. Here, they played a key role in improving management reporting by creating real-time reporting tools for the CFO and Chairman, providing them with actionable insights for faster decision-making. Florian also conducted statistical analysis of store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and made recommendations that enhanced data collection and profitability at the store level.

Since 2014, Florian has been working at ProductionPro Technologies Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, they serve as the CEO's right-hand man, contributing to financial and operational management, as well as internal and external leadership. Florian has been instrumental in developing a fundraising strategy, coordinating valuations, and successfully raising $5M in funds from venture capitalists. Their efforts also led to the company's participation in the Disney Accelerator program.

Prior to that, they obtained another MBA degree from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, from 2007 to 2008. Florian Bouju also holds a Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on Civil Engineering, from Mines Douai, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their academic qualifications, Florian Bouju obtained a certification in Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in April 2020.
