Gabrijela Alerić has had several notable work experiences. In 2012, they served as the Local Committee President and Incoming Exchange and Projects Coordinator for AIESEC. From 2014 to 2015, they held the position of National Director for Marketing and Business Development at AIESEC Croatia. In this role, they achieved significant growth in fundraising, managed partnerships with major companies, and oversaw various marketing campaigns. In 2017, Gabrijela worked as a Business Administration Professor at Corporación Universitaria Americana before joining Productive.io as a Business Development Representative later that year.

Gabrijela Alerić has an extensive education history starting from high school to obtaining both a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree. Gabrijela completed their high school education at XI.gimnazija from 2006 to 2010, focusing on General Studies.

Gabrijela Alerić then pursued their higher education at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from 2010 to 2015. During this time, they also obtained additional certifications, such as the "Zertifikat Deutsch B1" from Goethe-Institut e.V. in November 2009, the "Cambrige English: Advanced (CAE)" from Cambridge English Language Assessment in June 2009, and the "DELF B1, diplôme d'études en langue française" from Alliance Française de Paris Ile de France in May 2008.

Continuing their education, Gabrijela Alerić pursued a Master's degree in Management at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu from 2015 to 2017. Gabrijela further expanded their knowledge through an exchange program at IÉSEG School of Management in 2016, where they focused on Business Administration and Management.

These educational experiences led Gabrijela Alerić to acquire a broad range of skills and knowledge in various fields, such as management, business administration, and proficiency in languages like Russian, German, English, and French.
