Sophie Daniel is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and consulting. Since January 2004, Sophie has served as the Head of Quality and Process Improvement at Product Life Group, leading initiatives to enhance group quality and processes. As a co-founder of PLG SARL, Sophie also held the position of Head of Consulting, Project Management, and Governance, focusing on digital transformation. Prior experience includes a consultant role at DATA PROXIMA SA from 1999 to 2004, where Sophie specialized in process optimization and knowledge management solutions across various sectors, including telecommunications and pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, Sophie worked as a software development engineer and consultant at EDS-Ingévision and Framentec-Cognitech, contributing to decision support systems and expert systems in nuclear and aerospace fields. Sophie's academic background includes a degree in Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science from ESIEA.
