Jeroen Kraak

Jeroen Kraak is an experienced entrepreneur and innovator with a strong background in digital strategy and design thinking. As the founder of The Next Lab since June 2020, Jeroen focuses on addressing contemporary challenges through online collaboration. Jeroen co-founded Productowner.nl in February 2019 and has served as a guest lecturer at Hotel Management School Maastricht since April 2023. Previous roles include lecturer in Design Thinking at Stenden Hotel Management School (March 2021 - March 2023) and director of Connext Lab (December 2016 - June 2020). Jeroen founded Courageous.Digital in May 2016 and held roles in business development and management at several companies, including Perfect World Principle and Bestappcompany. Jeroen's educational background includes attendance at Hotelschool The Hague from 1993 to 1996.
